ATS architecture & integrations
Configure and connect applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, calendars, communication tools, and internal applications. Improve data consistency and reduce manual work between disconnected systems.
Talent Engineering
FrameTen designs and implements the integrations, automation, AI workflows, and data systems that make recruiting operations more efficient, connected, and measurable.
From ATS integrations and workflow automation to talent intelligence and internal AI tools, FrameTen works with the technology already in place to solve operational problems across the hiring lifecycle.
Technical consulting for talent acquisition. Not a staffing or placement service.
Talk about your recruiting systemsConfigure and connect applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, calendars, communication tools, and internal applications. Improve data consistency and reduce manual work between disconnected systems.
Design workflows across requisition approvals, interview scheduling, feedback collection, candidate communications, and hiring operations. Reduce repetitive tasks while keeping clear human ownership.
Develop AI-assisted workflows, internal assistants, and tools that help recruiting teams retrieve information, prepare for interviews, manage operations, and make better use of existing systems.
Connect recruiting data to improve visibility into pipeline conversion, time in stage, hiring capacity, bottlenecks, and operational performance. Build reporting around meaningful business and hiring outcomes.
Build focused internal applications, integrations, and workflow utilities where existing recruiting platforms cannot meet operational requirements.
Assess the recruiting technology stack, identify automation opportunities, evaluate build-versus-buy decisions, and document solutions so teams can manage and improve their systems over time.
In this example workflow, interview feedback data from the ATS is checked against the team’s deadlines. When feedback is overdue, the right people are alerted where they already work, and a person resolves it.
Four candidates are awaiting interview feedback beyond the team’s established deadline.
Every engagement starts with the existing recruiting operation: how work moves through the hiring lifecycle, where information lives, how systems connect, and where manual processes create friction. It follows the same five stages as any FrameTen engagement: discover, evaluate, design, implement, and improve.
FrameTen evaluates existing capabilities before recommending new tools or custom development. Solutions are designed around measurable improvements, with attention to data integrity, access controls, maintainability, and the people responsible for hiring decisions.
The result is an operating environment the team can understand, manage, and continue improving.
FrameTen’s Talent Engineering practice is informed by founder Allen Harper’s experience in technical recruiting, working across engineering, software, AI, and other specialized hiring functions.
That firsthand understanding of recruiting operations, combined with a background in computer science and software development, shapes how FrameTen approaches implementation: starting with the operational problem, understanding how teams actually work, and designing solutions around their needs.
No. FrameTen does not source, screen, or place candidates and charges no placement fees. The work is on the systems behind hiring; hiring decisions stay with your team.
Usually not. Existing platforms are evaluated first, and new tools or custom development are recommended only where they fall short. What can be connected depends on the integrations, permissions, and data access each platform provides.
Only what the team agrees to. Automations can detect, route, and remind. Candidate communications, hiring decisions, and other judgment calls stay with people.
Let’s talk
Describe the systems in place, how work moves through hiring, and where it slows down. A dedicated recruiting operations team is not required.
